I created this space because I believe your inner infant deserves a room where they are welcome exactly as they are.   It is my hope to bring these parts of ourselves to a playground like setting where they can be seen, heard and felt with compassion.  
I went looking for the deepest answers I could find for healing attachment trauma.  I've been down the mindset path and the enlightenment path.  I ended up going all the way back to our earliest emotional and developmental layers to the missing experiences.
My training includes medical support hypnotherapy, pre/perinatal practitioner, somatic attachment coaching, neuroaffective touch, life-between-lives regression, intuitive strategist, pranic healing.  I use many modalities focused on the early primal experience to reach the pre-verbal layers that cognitive therapies don't reach and then re-write the story into one of purpose and meaning.   
Since what was missed in relationship is often restored through relationship, group work provides the missing piece.  It’s about finally creating a safe enough inner and relational environment for those hidden parts to come out of survival.

Pattern Exploration
Each week we explore one adaptive survival style and the unmet need beneath it.  Notice how these patterns may show up in your own inner world, relationships, and responses.  I invite you to have something draw with. 

Guided Inner Journey
A gentle guided experience to connect with the younger parts of you that are ready to be seen and supported.  Together we'll discover the adaptation and explore the need it has it has been carrying all along. 


Essence Sharing
An optional space to reflect, witness one another, and leave feeling more connected to your truth.


Closing Circle
A poem, blessing, prayer, reflection, or uplifting closing thought from one of the participants.


This is not a high-pressure space. It is a compassionate container where your experience matters, your boundaries are honored, and your inner infant is invited to belong without performance.

I've tried so many things and nothing has stuck.
The work you have done has helped on many other levels.  You have progressed in many ways.  Most healing approaches work at the level of thought and behavior but pirmal attachment wounds form before any of those layers exist.  This goes earlier. 

What if I'm nervous? I'm not sure I'm ready to be vulnerable in a group. 
You never have to speak, share, or be on camera. You can receive the entire experience invisibly. Safety is built into the structure.  You have the freedom of choice.
I don't think my childhood was 'bad enough' to need this.
Adaptation patterns begin as early as conception, in the womb as well as the early days of life. You don't need a dramatic story. A stressed household, a distracted caregiver, a birth with complications, the infant self is highly impressionable.  Even very small ruptures have a lasting impact. 
Is this going to make me feel worse before I feel better?
This isn't about excavating trauma, it's about offering warmth to what was missed. If strong emotion comes up, we welcome it and let it move through which often creates lasting relief. The container is soft enough by design to hold it.
What if I'm the only one who shows up? 
We are just beginning and numbers may be small for awhile.  If you are the only one who shows up, then consider yourself lucky for receiving individual attention.  If it makes you uncomfortable to be one on one with me, then you can still turn your camera and mic off and just experience the journey in your own way.
